Now recognised far beyond the techno scene that helped mould her
Nina Kraviz is a bonafide DJ superstar. Hailing from Siberia, Kraviz fell under the spell of electronic music during the mid-'90s through radio. She made her mark in 2009 with releases on Efdemin's Naïf, Jus-Ed's Underground Quality, and Matt Edwards' Rekids. The following year, Kraviz issued another clutch of singles and cemented her place as the main room talent we now know today. "Ghetto Kraviz" was her lone 2011 single and set up the release of her first album, a self-titled release for Rekids. Her much celebrated installment of !K7's DJ-Kicks series was released in early 2015 and in the year that followed, she was invited to mix Fabric 91 as part of the club’s taste defining mix series. Further releases arrived on Rekids in 2016 and 2017, cementing her place in the techno high circle. Since she has toured the world, playing the biggest clubs and festivals including a recent set from the Eiffel Tower. Always one to watch out for, Nina’s loyal following champion her ever move as she captivates crowds across the techno-verse.
We can’t wait to welcome her back to Life 19!
